Huge whirlwind of water appears near Rome after strong winds hit region

A massive waterspout appeared off the coast of Ostia near Rome on Thursday afternoon. A video uploaded on social media shows the phenomenon - a whirlwind over water - reaching from the surface of the sea into the clouds before dissipating.
