Omicron could be 'better at invading our cells', warns Professor Eleanor Riley

Professor of Immunology and Infectious Disease Eleanor Riley said the community of experts estimates the Omicron Covid variant is around 40% more infectious, and warned the reason could be that the virus is better 'at invading our cells', she said.
