Moment armed police detain and handcuff man near Kensington Palace

Armed police pinned down and detained a man near Kensington Palace, before later shooting him three times. The man had 'raided a bank and a bookmakers' nearby before police stopped the cab he was in. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
