Haitian residents are left in disbelief following fatal fuel truck explosion

A fuel truck explosion in the Haitian city of Cap-Haitien killed around 40 people, Prime Minister Ariel Henry, adding that the Caribbean nation would observe three days of morning for the deceased. Dozens were injured, he said.
