21-year-old clubber cracked tooth in half after performing worm in nightclub

A clubber has been left with a $3,000 dentist bill after she tried to do the worm and cracked her tooth in half. She exposed a nerve and was told it was one of the 'worst trauma's' the dentist had seen.
