Russian hypermarket goes up in flames as disgruntled employee becomes arsonist

These were the scenes after a hypermarket in the Russian city of Tomsk went up in flames due to a disgruntled employee. The shop was completely destroyed after it was alleged the employee was reprimanded by a woman.
