Comet Leonard hurtles through space with Milky Way in the background

Comet Leonard has been picked up by NASA and ESA's solar orbiter observation spacecraft, Solar Orbiter Heliospheric Imager (SOLOHI). The comet, which was discovered in early 2021, will make its closest pass to the sun in January 2022.
