Covid vaccinations offered to the homeless on the streets of Portsmouth

Nurse Practitioner Carole Phillips has been giving out vaccines on the streets of Portsmouth to the less-fortunate groups of society, including homeless people and migrants, 'once every few weeks' since the start of 2021.
