'Confusing and mixed messages' and Covid rules slammed: Welsh pub landlord

Jonathan Greatorex, owner of The Hand at Llanarmon, has said the run up to Christmas wasn't great and now that the Welsh government has brought in updated Covid rules, he fears many businesses will be badly affected.
