Recovery truck tows out car stuck in severe flood in Nottingham

Almost 250 flood warnings remain in place across England and Wales as conditions cause travel chaos across the country. Severe flooding has led to people being evacuated, cows drowning, rail lines being blocked and roads turning to rivers.
