An amber cold health alert has been issued for parts of England throughout the week as temperatures are set to plummet.It comes as the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for ice on Monday across London and the south east from 4am to 10am with a forecast of "temperatures near zero" later on Sunday.Many regions are also still trying to cope with flooding following heavy rainfall in recent days.
