Wintry scenes in Kendal, Lake District as overnight mist creates morning frost

A night of mist and sub-zero temperatures brought morning frost to Kendal, Cumbria. Kendal Castle which overlooks the town on the edge of the Lake District was surrounded by a white icy layer as dog walkers enjoyed the view.
