Scotland are next to BAN XL Bully dogs after influx of the breed

Scotland will BAN XL Bully dogs. Under the new Scottish regulations, it will be an offence to sell, abandon, give away, or breed an XL bully in Scotland and owners will have to apply for their dogs to be added to an exemption index to keep them.
