Former sub-postmaster Mr Bates criticises Post Office for compensation delays

Former sub-postmaster, Mr Alan Bates, spoke at a committee about Horizon victims not getting the compensation they deserve. He said: 'It's gone on forfar too long. People are sufferingand they're dying.'
