Hotel straddling cliff edge at Birling Gap in East Sussex is demolished

A hotel straddling the cliff edge at Birling Gap in East Sussex is demolished, due to safety fears over eroding cliff. Work to take down the front section of the centre began today and the rest of the west wing is also due to be demolished.
