The Radford family rallies together to raise money for 16-year-old Sophie Walker

The Radfords rallied their family together to raise funds for a 16-year-old with a rare type of cancer, who is the daughter of their 'best friends' Jamie and Rebecca Walker. The teenager has Wilms' tumour, a type of kidney cancer.
