Reward of £20,000 offered for information to solve a 19 years ago murder in Sussex

A reward of £20,000 is being offered for information that helps solve the murder which saw mum-of-three Jennifer Kiely stabbed 16 times to death and set on fire in Eastbourne, East Sussex, in 2005.
