Putin and Lukashenko arrange date to visit research station in Antartica

Russia's Vladimir Putin and Belarus' Alexander Lukashenko have arranged a date to visit Antarctica, amid tensions with the West.The pair were sat together at a meeting where they spoke with Russian polar scientists from the Vostok research station.
