Health Minister announces launch of 'revolutionary' Pharmacy First scheme

Health minister Dame Andrea Leadsom announce to the House of Commons that the Pharmacy First scheme is up and running. She says the PM has taken a personal interest in the scheme due to his background, being a pharmacist's son.
