Stoke's pothole vigilante goes TikTok viral after bursting 10 tyres in one year

A man has gone viral on TikTok after taking his problems with potholes in his own hands and calling out Staffordshire Council. The man recorded himself using spray paint to draw a circle around the holes, and wrote comments like 'fill me' next to it.
