Brianna Ghey's attackers named under 'rare and exceptional' circumstances

Former Chief Crown Prosecutor, Nazir Afzal, said the attackers of Brianna Ghey's were named as this was a 'are and exceptional case' and that the judge took the view that as a wider public interest we would better understand the people responsible.
