Police on scene after 'unregistered' XL Bullys maul woman to death in Essex

Police on scene in Essex's Jaywick Sands after a grandmother was mauled to death by two 'unregistered' XL Bullys while she was visiting her family. A 39-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous dog offences.
