Moment officers borrow two kayaks to rescue drunk driver stuck in floods

James Doyle, 57, accidentally drove into deep flood water on Bognor. Two officers had to wade into the water to rescue him. Later, members of the public offered the officers kayaks so they could complete their checks on the car.
