Moment shoplifter caught red-handed brazenly stealing from Co-Op store

A brazen thief was caught red-handed stealing from a shop for the SIXTH time - but was spared prison. Prolific shoplifter Ricky Tinsley, 40, was spotted by an officer walking out of a Co-Op with armfuls of stolen goods on Saturday (3/2) afternoon.
