Hungarian President Katalin Novak resigns after sex abuse case

Hungarian President Katalin Novak has resigned after pardoning a man who helped to cover up sex abuse in a children's home. She said: 'I decided to grant a pardon last April, believing the convict did not exploit the vulnerability of the children'.
