Horrific moment narco speedboat rams into police vessel in Spanish port

Two police officers have died and a third has been left in a coma after a narco speedboat rams into a smaller police vessel in the Spanish port of Barbate. Men filming were overheard laughing as the officers' tried to intercept it.
