Thief removes steering lock with angle grinder after stealing Lexus in London

A car thief used an angle grinder to get a steering wheel lock of a stolen car. He is seen briefly being able to drive the red Lexus in a straight line. The crook opens the driver side door and then uses the power tool to remove the security device.
