Shocking footage shows man moments after he severed his wife's head in India

A man allegedly severed his wife's head with a pirate-style cutlass and paraded it through his village in front of horrified locals. Blood-soaked Gautam Guchhait was arrested after calmly sitting down on a bench next to the severed head.
