Disabled man says local council clawed back his £50,000 savings for Florida trip

Nathan Lee Davies, who has Friedrich's Ataxia saved £50,000 for his dream trip to Florida. But he 'was surprised and disappointed' to find his council SPENT the 'surplus funds' on his care instead. Wrexham Council say the 'funds are to be returned'.
