'Let them lose weight and get smarter': Putin declares Cod War on Britain

Russia declared fishing war with UK, banning our trawlers from Barents Sea and its supplies of cod and haddock. A speaker of the Russian Parliament said 'let them lose weight' as he claims that the UK 'eat 40% of their fish ration from our cod'.
