Police chief 'horrified' after officer viewed Nottingham attack footage

Nottinghamshire Police chief constable said she is 'horrified' that one of her officers viewed footage showing the aftermath of the Nottingham attacks. Kate Meynell added that it 'falls far below the standards that I expect within this organisation.'
