World War II bomb to be detonated at Plymouth Breakwater

On Tuesday morning, a man digging his garden in St Michael Avenue, in the Keyham area, was horrified to discover the device. Plymouth City Council announced that the bomb would be taken to the Torpoint Ferry slipway to be dropped in the sea.
