Britain's first leap-year quads celebrate their 'third birthday'

Britain's first leap-year quads have celebrated their 'third' birthday despite technically being twelve years old. Reuben, Samuel, Zachary and Joshua Robbins were all born on the 29th February 2012 defying odds of 3.5 million to one.
