Fury as 'jobsworth' traffic warden tries to ticket HEARSE during a funeral

A traffic warden has sparked outrage after trying to ticket a hearse during a funeral at a church in Welwyn Garden City. A Funeral director said 'I asked him if he could just be considerate. He refused to do so saying we're illegally parked.'
