Andrew Muir calls for a clampdown on XL Bullies, branding them a 'safety risk'

Minister Andrew Muir says he is 'conscious of the public safety risk' of XL Bullies in Northern Ireland. Owners will soon be required to register their breed, keep them on a lead and muzzled while in public.
