Scrap man takes £1,000 alloy wheels after asking to take sink

A scrap man was caught on camera snatching copper pipes and £1,000 alloy wheels from a builder. Liam Jarvis had sold the wheels days before the incident. The builder's partner, answered the door in Steeton, West Yorkshire to the scrap man.
