Donald Trump ally Greg Abbot visits Downing Street to meet Rishi Sunak

The Lone Star State's governor Greg Abbott signed the state-level link-up in what PM Mr Sunk said was an 'exciting moment' for the UK. Mr Sunak told the Texas governor it was 'fantastic' to welcome him to Downing Street to sign the agreement.
