Black schoolboy is hit and told to 'kiss shoes' in horrific racist attack

A teenager has been arrested after horrific 'racial abuse' was caught on camera of a black schoolboy being forced to kiss the shoe of a white male. The incident is believed to have happened in Carlisle, Cumbria.
