Bulldozer drags suspect's vehicle from ocean after wild chase, crash and rescue

A bulldozer was seen dragging a suspect's vehicle from the ocean after a wild police chase which ended in the vehicle being crashed into the sea at the Venice Fishing Pier. The suspect then appeared to try to swim from police before being rescued.
