Loan shark has told Bank of Dave people 'have always paid' him

During his appearance on Good Morning Britain, a loan shark confidently said to Bank of Dave that his clients 'have always paid' when he was asked, 'What's the worst thing you've ever done to somebody that hasn't paid?'.
