Ex-BBC Chairman Richard Sharp reveals 'the job was half done' when he resigned

Mr Sharp, 68 said his 'job was left half done' after quitting his role as BBC Chairman. He later praised his work saying he is 'instituted changes and a cultural shift' during his time.
