Police investigate rapist, who assaulted victims in Shoreditch and Westminster

The CCTV reveals a man harassing a woman, in the early hours of the morning. Officers are investigating two linked rapes and are appealing for any information. Both rapes took place miles apart - in Westminster in 2018 and Shoreditch in 2022.
