Onlookers watch pedicab explode in flames outside Buckingham Palace

Here is the moment police evacuate the public after a pedicab 'exploded' outside Buckingham Palace. Police were called to Spur Road, south-west London at 12.43pm and have cordoned off the burnt out vehicle.
