Moment gang of yobs crash a stolen car into a Nissan Juke and run away

CCTV footage shows a stolen Honda crashing into a Nissan Juke that was parked at a private residence in Stourbridge. Moments after, a bunch of young kids leave the vehicle and run away. Local residents claim that they are being 'terrorised'.
