Locals are terrorised by a bunch of kids on bikes in Stourbridge

Video shows locals from Stourbridge living in constant fear by gangs of feral yobs aged 9. Many neighbours are installing CCTV cameras and say that 'they terrorise local residents and shopkeepers'.
