MPs reject Lords amendment as crunch voting continues on Rwanda Bill

MPs have voted 312 to 237, majority 75, to reject Lords amendment 3J which would mean Rwanda could not be treated as safe until ministers, having consulted an independent monitoring body, made a statement to Parliament to that effect.
