Biden says 'cheers broke out' in Ukraine trenches over House aid bill

US president Joe Biden said there were reports of cheers breaking out in the trenches of Ukraine as the House of Congress voted to approve a massive aid bill to help the country in their fight against the invasion by Vladimir Putin and Russia.
