PM says theres the 'biggest percentage increase' in young people out of work

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has warned young people are becoming 'trapped' on disability benefits when they 'ought to be in their prime of their lives'. He argued their priority should be building 'exciting careers' without being 'trapped on welfare'.
