Badenoch: 'Deterrent working' as migrant voluntarily goes to Rwanda

Kemi Badenoch was quick to declare that the Rwanda plan is successful 'the deterrent is working' after one migrant voluntarily went to Kigali with £3000 of taxpayer money, despite the scheme originally planning to forcibly deport asylum seekers.
