Mesmerising footage show how the seaside favourite Blackpool rock is made

Sticks of Blackpool rock have been sold to visitors at the seaside resort for over a century and are still proving popular! Workers pour the heated mixture of sugar and glucose syrup onto a cooled steel plate before cutting it's iconic shape.
